Equally Wed Pro Guidelines

By joining Equally Wed Pro, members agree to these terms:

* Keep in mind that this community is for wedding and event pros committed to inclusivity of all marginalized groups, but that doesn't mean that every member is starting out in this group as fully educated on best practices. We're going to work on this throughout the membership and we'll be guiding members along the way. If there is ever an issue that you need assistance with, we are here to help.

* Confidentiality is essential for everyone to be able to speak openly and share freely. All conversations, ideas and documents shared among members will remain strictly private and will not be shared with anyone outside of Equally Wed Pro.

* Equally Wed Pro Members will be respectful of Members, Leaders and Guest Educators and Speakers.

* Equally Wed Pro Members will not speak over other Members.

* Equally Wed Pro Members commit to examining their own bias.

* Equally Wed Pro Members commit to practicing antiracism.

* Equally Wed Pro Members agree to not share what other Members have shared in the Membership.

* Unauthorized screenshots and unauthorized screen recordings are forbidden.

* Members are not allowed to promote themselves or solicit work within this community. Please don’t spam members, and don’t promote your program, offers or services.

* This membership is for individuals only, not companies. You will be participating in discussions with your name, not as a business. Please respect the privacy and the labor of the group and the founders by not sharing access, information or products with anyone outside of the group. Equally Wed Pro Membership is individual and personal and cannot be transferred. It may not be used for multiple people, resale or wholesale purposes. Memberships may be purchased as gifts.

* Equally Wed Pro may choose to terminate any or all memberships at any time for any reason. Customers will be notified via the email associated with their account. No refunds will be given.

* Cancellations for fraud or other misuse will be effective immediately. Refunds will not be issued.

* Equally Wed Pro reserves the right to refuse a Membership or a Member purchase.

* Equally Wed Pro may send you email and other communications related to your Membership regardless of your set preferences.

* Equally Wed Pro Members will not act in any manner which damages or is likely to damage or otherwise adversely affect the reputation of Equally Wed Pro.

* You can cancel your membership at anytime. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

* Equally Wed Pro may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. Customers will be notified via the email associated with their account.
